Origin story
Catharsis was born out of interest in human behaviour that spans over more than two decades. This interest grew into tests in personal and social settings that could effectively change behaviour and outcomes. From successful testing came practical methods that can be taught and replicated.
The initial training programs were aimed at individuals that were contemplating immigration and were held back by anxiety and indecision. Through the use of various techniques and models, these individuals were able to break through the barriers they had put up, and was able to immigrate successfully.
After helping more than 300 families to immigrate successfully to New Zealand, our training methodologies were then aimed at individuals that wanted to enter the world of entrepreneurship and startups.
From there, the transition into offering training programs and coaching to the corporate world was seamless. Coaching executives and helping them align their values and beliefs with their desired outcomes was where it started. Then flexible training programs for empowering consultants and sales professionals were added, which helped clients improve job satisfaction and revenue growth.
